the location was convenient for my layover.
the room was not well soundproofed, i could hear noise from other rooms. children were crying and shouting during most of my stay. i booked the room to sleep before the next leg of my journey, but i felt ill when i arrived to my destination.

Emma upgraded us to a better room. Emma and Ann greeted us warmly, and they always offered to help. Emma even remembered us from our previous stay. The location was quite convenient for transit.
The air conditioning system seemed difficult to adjust. The room became cooler than expected despite setting a higher temperature.

i was able to get some rest before an early start! the staff was helpful. the room was clean and it was easy to reach my departure gate.
I could hear the person in the room next to me slightly, so i recommend ear plugs if you want to have total peace and quiet. It was a very slight inconvenience.

My experience was subpar. The room felt excessively cold. I did request the air conditioning to be adjusted, but the temperature remained low. I also found the price high considering the limited time I spent there and the room size.
